What do you need from me?
A 3-minute form after you order: product or website link, 3–5 product photos (phone photos are fine), who buys it, the main reason they buy, and anything we must not say or show.
Will it be my real product in the ads?
Every ad is built from your product photos so it looks like yours. AI can still get small details wrong, like text on a label. That's what the round of changes is for.
Is it OK to run AI ads on Facebook and Instagram?
Yes. Meta allows AI-made ads and may show an "AI info" label on them. We keep your ads within Meta's rules.
What sizes do I get?
Videos in 9:16 for Reels, Stories and TikTok, images in 4:5 for Feed. Need 1:1 or 16:9? Write it in the brief notes before we start.

Can I get a refund?
